24 Hour Musical!

The 24-Hour musical is a wild experience in which we will announce, audition, cast, rehearse AND present a full-scale musical production all within a 24-hour time period. Performers arrive Friday at 6:30pm with an overnight bag and a great attitude. As the clock strikes 7pm, we announce the musical we will be performing…then the clock starts ticking! We have 24 hours for the students to get their characters, learn their lines and lyrics, master their choreography and blocking, assist with scenery/ props/ costumes and then pull it all together. The curtain will rise at 7pm on Saturday, February 8th in Shopland Hall as we present our first-ever 24-hour masterpiece. Everything is top secret– Students will have no clue what the selected musical is, what their roles will be, or any of the other aspects of preparation when it comes to this production.
