 “the Menu” now hosted in the Grand Ballroom, features culinary creations prepared by local chefs throughout NEPA.  Many interesting and exciting topics will be covered like what to buy at the farmer’s market; tips for Holiday meals made easy or planning the perfect cocktail and cheese pairing for your next party!

  “the Menu” will provide you with fresh and exciting ideas to try in your kitchen any night of the week as well as festive concepts for special occasions!  Come see what’s on “the Menu” – it’s certain to be local, fresh and most importantly…DELICIOUS!
