Erin Malloy has been singing, dancing and acting since the age of four. She grew up in Scranton, PA and started her formal dance training with Ballet Theatre of Scranton under the tutelage of Constance Reynolds and Joanne Arduino. She started her formal vocal training at age eleven. She moved to New York City to attend the American Musical and Dramatic Academy at age eighteen. Upon graduation, Erin began her professional career at age twenty and played Maggie in the National Tour of the musical “A Chorus Line”. She has since played that same role with eleven different companies of ACL and performed in over one thousand performances. She became a proud member of the Actor’s Equity Association at age twenty one and remains a member to this day. She played the roles of Belle (Beauty and the Beast) and Meg (Hercules) on the very first cast of the Disney Cruise Line in 1998. Her last National Tour in which she toured all of North America for two years was with “The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas” starring the legendary Ann-Margret. She has performed in many different shows at many different regional theatres around the country such as Arena Stage, Walnut Street Theatre, Stages St. Louis and many others. Over her sixteen years in NYC , Erin has been blessed to work with so many amazing artists. For many years, Erin also performed nightly at the famous Don’t Tell Mama piano bar in the heart of New York City’s theatre district. She now resides back in her hometown and sings with many different wonderfully talented musicians. She has the pleasure of being a free-lance singer with many different local bands and groups throughout Northeast PA. She is a rostered artist for the Pennsylvania Council of the Arts and teaches for the NEIU 19. There, she has the opportunity to teach voice, dance and musical theatre to students in the area school districts. She was named Artist of the Year by the Pa Council on the Arts and the NEIU 19 in 2012. She also has her own voice coaching business and teaches voice privately to students of all ages. Additionally, in 2003, Erin also traveled to Koh Samui, Thailand to train and become a certified yoga instructor, her other passion and now teaches at Jaya Yoga in Clarks Summit, Pa. Erin is extremely grateful for the many blessings in her life and the ability to continually live her dream as a full time professional artist.

These concerts are free and open to the public, and will take place outside at the Scranton Cultural Center. A cash bar with light fare will be available. All current CDC guidelines will be followed, and any updates will be shared with you via our social media channels!

The Scranton Cultural Center’s Youth Theatre Summer Camp Program will present XANADU, JR.
Xanadu JR. is inspired by the Tony Award-nominated Broadway musical and the Universal Pictures’ cult classic movie that starred Olivia Newton-John and Gene Kelly. Xanadu JR. is a moving, electrifying tale of endless fun that will keep audiences in stitches while the original, legendary chart-topping tunes lift them out of their seats.
Xanadu JR. follows the journey of a magical and beautiful Greek muse, Kira, who descends from the heavens of Mt. Olympus to Venice Beach, California, on a quest to inspire a struggling artist, Sonny, to achieve the greatest artistic creation of all time – the first Roller Disco. (Hey, it’s 1980!) But, when Kira falls into forbidden love with the mortal Sonny, her jealous sisters take advantage of the situation, and chaos abounds.
Event Seating is General Admission, First-Come, First-Served, Held in the Weinberg Theatre of the Scranton Cultural Center. The Seating chart reflects the general layout for this event, but specific seat locations are subject to change.

ABOUT THE DISHONEST FIDDLERS
Dave Brown and The Dishonest Fiddlers are an up and coming Folk/Americana group based in Northeast Pennsylvania. Ever since 2013, these troublemakers have been performing original music, honing their craft, and developing a nice fan base along the way.
Their newest studio album, “Based on a True Story” was recorded in 2019-2020 and includes 10 original hand crafted tunes.

Magic Tree House: Dinosaurs before Dark KIDS is an adaptation of the first of Mary Pope Osborne’s award-winning fantasy adventure books from the Magic Tree House book series, which has sold more than 100 million copies and is available in more than 100 countries around the world. Jack and Annie’s tree house transports them back in time to the age of the dinosaurs, where the siblings courageously learn that things are not always what they seem.
Siblings, Jack and Annie, discover a tree house full of books while exploring one afternoon. Jack looks through a book about dinosaurs and wishes he could see a real one. Suddenly, the wind begins to blow and the tree house starts to spin wildly. When it finally stops, Jack and Annie open their eyes to find they have been transported back to the time of the dinosaurs. Jack and Annie have a harrowing adventure, befriending some dinosaurs along the way as they try to make their way back home.

ABOUT BLIND CHOICE
An alternative rock & punk trio from Pennsylvania, Blind Choice was formed with its current members in March 2017. The band, with four years under its belt, has quickly gained success and has shared the stage with artists like Richie Ramone (The Ramones), Bowling For Soup, Drake Bell, Diamante, Sponge and TRAPT Official just to name a few! With well over 150+ shows performed, the trio continues to perform throughout the tri-state region playing at iconic music venues from The Bitter End to the Stanhope House, H*MAC, Chameleon Club and Mount Airy Casino & Lodge. The band is available for originals, covers, a mix of both or even stripped down raw acoustic tunes. Come check out Blind Choice and you won’t be disappointed.

ABOUT THE SHOW
Based on the classic animated film, Disney’s 101 Dalmatians KIDS is a fur-raising adventure featuring Cruella De Vil, Disney’s most outrageous villain, and 101 of the most adorable heroes to set their paws onstage. Pet owners, Roger and Anita, live happily in London with their Dalmatians, Pongo and Perdita, stalwart dogs devoted to raising their puppies. Everything is quiet until Anita’s former classmate, the monstrous Cruella De Vil, plots to steal the puppies for her new fur coat. The Dalmatians rally all the dogs of London for a daring rescue of the puppies from Cruella and her bumbling henchmen.
