Casting Workshops for A Year with Frog and Toad KIDS – an SCC Youth Theatre Program Production

Adapted from the three-time-Tony-nominated Broadway hit comes A Year with Frog and Toad KIDS. Based on Arnold Lobel’s well-loved books, the jazzy, upbeat score bubbles with melody. Part vaudeville, part make-believe, and all charm, A Year with Frog and Toad KIDS tells the story of a friendship that endures throughout the seasons. This whimsical show follows two great friends – the cheerful, popular Frog, and the rather grumpy Toad – through four fun-filled seasons. Waking from hibernation, Frog and Toad plant gardens, swim, rake leaves, go sledding and learn life lessons along the way. Throughout the year, two best friends celebrate and rejoice in the differences that make them unique and special.

TENTATIVE REHEARSAL SCHEDULE:
Sundays, 3-5pm
Tuesdays, 5-6:30pm

TUITION: $250/ student

DEPOSITS: A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $25 must be submitted to reserve your spot on the roster. You will be invoiced for the remaining balance. Your deposit will be applied to your tuition balance.

ENROLLMENT FEE: There is a one-time, non-refundable ENROLLMENT FEE of $25 for all first-time students.

Upon registering, you will receive a Parent Handbook and Medical/ Emergency Forms which MUST be completed by the start of rehearsals.

The Addams Family School Edition, a comical feast that embraces the wackiness in every family! Wednesday Addams, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family–a man her parents have never met. And if that wasn’t upsetting enough, Wednesday confides in her father and begs him not to tell her mother. Now, Gomez Addams must do something he’s never done before–keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia. Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday’s “normal” boyfriend and his parents.

Underground Microphone is BACK live and IN PERSON! Every month, we’ll showcase one solid act who has been touring, recording new material, starting new projects or telling new stories. Join us every first Tuesday of the month for the coolest, most chill vibe in NEPA! As always, there is no cover charge to enjoy the entertainment. Cash bar with drink specials available to those 21+. Doors will open at 6:30 PM and the show starts at 7 PM.
