the Menu: Easter Eggs featuring Carmen’s at the Radisson
Easter is just around the corner, and we know that your baskets will be filled with eggs – but have you ever stopped to think about how many different things you can make with eggs? Chef Chrischludzinski of Carmen’s at the Radisson will be on hand at this month’s installment of ‘the Menu’ to show you just how versatile an ingredient eggs really are, and how you can use them to take each course to the next level!
Course 1: Salad of shaved asparagus, radish and lambs lettuce dressed with lemon vinaigrette and topped with a warm poached egg.
Course 2: Sous Vide Bistro Beef filet – Roasted tomato hollandaise sauce, crisp baby potato and sautéed bok choy.
Course 3: Berries with warm zabaione sauce.

the Menu will continue in 2018 with our friends from POSH at the Scranton Club and The Colonnade! They’ll be preparing seasonal dishes that are sure to be fresh, local and delicious!
