Matilda Wormwood is only five years old, but she is a genius, often escaping in a world of books. Unfortunately, her parents are too stupid to even notice. Now, Daniel and all of his friends are hopping aboard Trolley to delight live audiences with DANIEL TIGER’S NEIGHBORHOOD LIVE! Donning his iconic red sweater, Daniel takes the audience on an interactive musical adventure as he and his friends explore the vibrant world of their much-loved Neighborhood of Make-Believe, sharing stories of friendship, helping others, and celebrating new experiences. This live theatrical production filled with singing, dancing, laughter and “grr-ific” surprises will warm the hearts of multiple generations.
The animated TV series has garnered a host of prestigious awards, and most recently was nominated for a 2015 Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing in a Preschool Animated Program. This recognition follows a string of additional honors, including a 2015 Parents’ Choice Gold Award and 2014 Prix Jeunesse International Selection as well as the 2013 Kidscreen Award for Best Animated Series in the Preschool Category, and 2013 Cynopsis: Kids! Imagination Award for Preschool Series.

This animated comedy from Illumination Entertainment asks the question: what do our pets do all day when we’re not home? For the critters living in a Manhattan apartment building, the answer is: whatever they want! A terrier named Max (voice of Louis C.K.) regularly invites his friends to hang out at his place while his owner (Ellie Kemper) is gone, but his quiet life is upended when said owner also takes in Duke (Eric Stonestreet), a stray mutt whom Max instantly dislikes. Their feud eventually causes both of them to get lost in New York City, and as they work together to find their way home, they cross paths with a vicious bunny (Kevin Hart) who plans to lead a group of abandoned pets on a mission of revenge against humanity. Scranton, Pa – September 10, 2016 – Peppa Pig’s Big Splash, Peppa’s first North American theatre tour resumes on September 14 and will visit Scranton, PA – The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Theater at th Scranton Cultural Center at the Masonic Temple on Friday, April 28, 2017. By popular demand, 40 additional cities have been added to the tour schedule for 2017, including coast-to-coast stops from Anaheim and Oakland to Newark and many more. In addition, the hit live show will make an exciting visit north of the border for the very first time with stops in major Canadian cities, including Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal. The new tour dates will give fans throughout North America one last chance to see Peppa Pig live on stage during this final leg of the Peppa Pig’s Big Splash tour.

The Peppa Pig stage show, based on Entertainment One’s (eOne) top-rated TV series airing daily on Nick Jr., is one of the most successful family tours this year. The fun-filled show brings the hit TV series to life on stage, giving families the opportunity to engage with their favorite characters like never before for in an unforgettable first live theater experience.

In Peppa Pig’s Big Splash, the nursery roof is leaking and Peppa and her friends need to fix it quickly. They set up a fair to raise money so Mr. Bull can do the repairs. There’s plenty of fun to be had as Peppa, George, Mummy and Daddy Pig, along with Danny Dog, Pedro Pony and Suzy Sheep work together to organize an exciting day out complete with a Champion Puddle Jumping Competition judged by Mr. Potato, where everyone gets wet! An interactive experience full of singing, dancing, games, and muddy puddles, Peppa Pig’s Big Splash is a guaranteed oinktastic blast for the whole family.
