Moving from the city to a new house in the country can be tough. Just ask Henry, who can’t find a playmate in his new neighborhood! Luckily, he’s got Mudge, a great big, 182-pound canine buddy, with whom he can share all kinds of adventures!
Henry discovers that having a pet is a big responsibility — they need to be fed, they need to be taken out for walks, and of course they need lots of love and playtime! And when the dog is as big as Mudge is, they also need good training. Henry teaches his new friend to sit, heel, and shake his hand, but rolling over is one trick Henry just can’t seem to teach Mudge, no matter how hard he tries.
When Henry’s cousin Annie comes for a visit, Mudge is so charmed by her that he finally rolls over at her command! Henry thinks Mudge must love Annie more than him, because the dog only does the trick for her. Very upset, Henry runs away into the cold dark woods to find adventures on his own. Mudge follow’s the boy’s scent into the forest — he really does love Henry and doesn’t want to be without him.

Based on the multi-award winning book written by Danny Schnitzlein and illustrated by Matthew Faulkner, ArtsPower’s musical tells the funny and poignant story of a young boy who doesn’t want to eat his peas. When a crafty monster appears underneath his kitchen table, the boy is ready to make a deal with the monster. If the monster eats his peas, the boy will give the monster any of his possessions. First, it’s the boy’s soccer ball. Then, his bike. But, when the monster raises the stakes, will the boy refuse the monster and make the difficult decision to face his own fears? Children and adults alike will be entertained and engaged by this wonderfully written tale about the value of will power.

Creed Bratton – Bio
Fans of NBC’s The Office best know Creed Bratton as the disturbingly hilarious, popular character of the same name. What most do not know is, not only has he been acting since the late 60s in films such as Mask and Heart Like a Wheel, he’s a bona fide classic rocker extraordinaire and a founding member of the legendary rock band
The Grass Roots – who created hits such as “Let’s Live for Today” and “Midnight Confessions”.
Since joining the cast of The Office, Bratton released a trio of solo albums – 2008’s Creed Bratton, 2010’s Bounce Back and 2012’s Tell Me About It. Even with his busy TV acting schedule, including “Garfunkle and Oats,” “Franklin and Bash,” “Liz and Dick,” and in films such as “Terri”, “The Sound of Magic” and “The Ghastly Love of Johnny X,” Bratton remains extremely active in music. His live one man show is a perfect example of Creed’s ability to combine his immense musical talents with his unique, one of a kind comedic mind.
