Jake Hoot Season 17 Winner competes in The Voice’s Battle of Champions!

Jake Hoot is a wonderful country music storyteller who doesn’t just sing country music-he lives it. Rooted in faith, devoted to family, and carrying the heart of the country in every note!

His performance in Season 17 of the Knockout Rounds singing “Cover Me Up” brought tears of joy to the audience and judges! He was born in Texas and raised between the Dominican Republic and Tennessee, and his music embodies a life steeped in faith, family and authenticity.

As part of NBC’s 2026 midseason premiere schedule “The Voice: Battle of Champions” will premiere Monday Feb. 23rd with the winner being announced on April 29th. There will be 3 coaches, each working with 10 performers all former winners and finalists. Coaches will be Adam Levine, John Legend, and Kelly Clarkson -Jake’s coach when he won season 17. With Jake and Kelly working together again he has a good shot at winning the Battle of Champions, GO Jake!

Large bags, coolers, backpacks, over-sized bags, bottles, cans and glass containers, outside food or beverages, horns, whistles, banners, noisemakers, laser pens, cameras, video cameras, or recording devices, illegal substances, weapons or any other threatening objects.

Please DO NOT bring into the building large bags, purses, backpacks, large umbrellas longer than 12″, outside food or drink.

Wristlets, Purses and Clear Bags up to 12″ x 12″ 6″ are permitted

Purses, Wristlets and Clear Bags may be checked for every event.

Other security measures vary per event.

The Center is a SMOKE FREE facility. NO smoking materials, cigarettes, cigars, pipes, lighters, matches or other flammable items may be brought into the Center.

There is no Re-Entry upon Exit for most concert events.

Cameras and recording devices are prohibited.
