The Irish Comedy Tour takes the party atmosphere of a Dublin pub and combines it with a boisterous, belly-laugh trio. The clover -- make that clever -- comedians, whose ancestors all hail from the Emerald Isle, include Derek Richards, a Detroit native who lives in Palm Beach Gardens, FL; Jim Paquette from Long Island, NY; and Pat Godwin of Philadelphia, PA. "The only thing surprising about Derek is that he's not bigger," a reporter once wrote of Richards. Audiences howl at tales about his mom's dog, the holidays and dating a stripper. He's appeared on The Bob & Tom Show, XM Satellite Radio and The Weather Channel's Top 10. Godwin, aka 'Paddy G', is best known for his appearances on the nationally syndicated Bob and Tom Radio show (he's appeared on 8 of their CD's). Over his 20 years in comedy, his work has also been featured on The Howard Stern show. His latest comedy CD, 'Under the Bed' rips the covers off the conventional and was produced by Tom Griswold of The Bob and Tom show. And finally, guitarist Paquette has recorded two CDs: 358 Hangovers a Year and Beer and Fireworks. He's fine-tuned his comedy skills as a dueling piano performer, and his riotous original songs convince audiences to clap along (even if it means briefly putting down their drinks). Experience a shot-pounding, beer-swilling night of politically incorrect fun suitable for adults only. The Irish Comedy Tour -- they're Irish, they're American, and they're not holding back!
