Evening of Fine Food and Wine will highlight signature dishes of the region’s finest restaurants as their chefs demonstrate the preparation in the historic setting of the SCC. Sommeliers will also be on hand to discuss the various wines they have selected to compliment each dish. Meet chefs from all over Northeast Pennsylvania, as they create their culinary delights right before your very eyes. Guests will move through the unique rooms of the Cultural Center, sampling the food and wine while learning the secret recipes of their favorite restaurants. Finally, guests will convene in the Cultural Center’s Grand Ballroom to feast on an array of luxurious desserts and coffee.
