The box office opens 1 hour prior to published performance times for weekend and evening performances, and 1 hour prior to published performance times for all morning events.
The box office phones close one-half hour prior to performance times in order that we may serve our lobby patrons.

For Easy Parking: - From Interstate Route 81 North or South – Take Exit 185 (Scranton Central Expressway.) Follow into Center City; staying in the lane marked “Spruce Street.” At the 2nd light, turn right onto Adams Avenue. Proceed until the 3rd light and turn left onto Vine Street. At the very next light, make a left onto North Washington Avenue. The Center is the second building on your left, the Masonic Temple.
Parking is available at several downtown lots and at any open street meter. Note that meters are enforced until 6:00 pm most days and holidays. Meters covered with orange NO PARKING bags are reserved for production use and unauthorized cars parked at these meters will be towed at the owner's expense.
ADAMS AVENUE LOT: Located in the 400 block of ADAMS AVENUE. Charge varies by event.
SCRANTON PARKING AUTHORITY GARAGE: Entrance on LINDEN STREET. Garage charges flat fee on evenings of events and hourly during the business day. $4.00 flat fee after 6:00 pm and weekends.
The Scranton Cultural Center Box Office accepts cash, checks (with 2 forms of ID); Scranton Cultural Center issued Gift Certificates and money orders at the Box Office window. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are also accepted at the window and by phone. When charging by phone, your order will be held at Will Call under the name you give unless you instruct the Box Office to mail them to you via USPS. There is a $5.00 processing fee for each mail, and/or telephone order (additional $3.00 per ticket fee may apply and vary from show to show.) Any service charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service fee.
Seating is available on a first come, first served basis. While we will make every effort to accommodate your specific seating request, we cannot guarantee specific seating availability due to the large number of outlets selling tickets for events at the Center. Purchase early to get the best seats.
No seats will be reserved without receipt of payment at the time of the order. Tickets cannot be reserved with a credit card for later payment by cash or check. When picking up tickets ordered by phone, fax or Internet, you must present proper identification, including the credit card used to make the purchase.
Handicapped accessible seating:
Arrangements for handicapped accessible seating may be made through the Scranton Cultural Center Box Office only, via phone or in person.Special seating needs must be made known to the Box Office at time of ticket purchase. Please stop by or call 1.888.669.8966.

Will Call Window will open 1 hour prior to the performance. You must present the proper identification to pick up tickets at the Will Call Window.
It is the policy of the Scranton Cultural Center that all attendees must have a ticket for entry. As a courtesy to our audience, very young children are not encouraged to attend, except for shows specifically for children or a performance designated “family friendly.” Children, when admitted, must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult. Persons disrupting a show will be asked to leave (this includes, but is not limited to coughing, crying, talking) until disturbances are corrected.
Lost or misplaced tickets will be duplicated only for the person under whose name they were purchased. Proper ID and proof of purchase will be required.
Inclement Weather Policy:
In the event of inclement weather, the show will go on as scheduled unless the performers are unable to attend. This is the only situation in which a performance will be canceled and refunds issued. Any service charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Examine your tickets closely upon receipt. If there are any discrepancies, please contact the office, outlet or online service from which you purchased the tickets immediately to remedy the problem. Any problems with your ticket order must be handled at the point of purchase.
If you were unable to attend a performance presented by the Scranton Cultural Center for which you have purchased tickets, you may return them to the Box Office at least 48 hours in advance of the published performance time to receive a tax deductible donation for the amount of the tickets. Please call the Box Office at 1.888.669.8966 for further details.
If you are uncomfortable or have any concerns, please contact an usher or the House Manager immediately to address the matter. The Late Seating Policy is at the discretion of the management and varies from show to show.
The following items are PROHIBITED in the Center:
Coolers, backpacks, oversized bags, bottles, cans and glass containers, outside food or beverages, horns, whistles, banners, noisemakers, laser pens, cameras, video cameras, or recording devices, illegal substances, weapons or any other threatening objects.
Bags may be checked for every event.
Other security measures vary per event.
The Center is a SMOKE FREE facility. NO smoking materials, cigarettes, cigars, pipes, lighters, matches or other flammable items may be brought into the Center.
There is no Re-Entry upon Exit for most concert events.
Cameras and recording devices are prohibited.
